Team Lead (.NET)

We are looking for .Net professionals with overall 3-4 years of experience in managing full life cycle application development projects (mandatory). Candidate should have minimum 2-3 yrs of experience in .Net technologies like ASP.NET, C#, VB.Net, WCF. Candidate with expertise in working with teams delivering .NET solutions and MS server related technologies will be preferred. The candidate should be well aware of SDLC and must have independently handled projects in the last 2 to 3 years. The candidate must have the passion for technology and exposure to .NET 3.5/4.0. The candidate should have experience in requirement analysis with strong UML experience and database design skills. The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills; creative, innovative and he/she must be able to lead a team in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.

Tech Lead (J2EE)

We are looking for Java/J2EE professionals with hands-on experience in full-lifecycle J2EE implementation (mandatory). Familiarity in J2EE design patterns and their appropriateness for application to highly scalable, highly available system designs is required. Knowledge and experience in design & development with the following technologies is expected. Knowledge on Java Server Faces, Servlets, JDBC etc is required. Familiarity with Application Server and technology is required. Should be a BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MS preferably from top schools. The candidate should be able to work in a fast changing technical environment with evolving standards. The candidate should take pride in high quality work. Good Communication skills are a must. The candidate must possess excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. The candidate should have 4-7 years of relevant experience.
