Offshore Engagement Model
KriyaTec, offshore engagement model is designed to deliver cost efficient quality software solutions by leveraging the ability of skilled IT manpower in India. KriyaTec's engagement model calls for the presence of key team members at the client site to facilitate interaction with client's project managers and engineers., and in providing a consistent face and comfort to the customer.
The onsite team is responsible for requirements specifications (along with offshore lead), client interface and status reporting, reviewing the prototypes, change management and final inspection of the software before delivery.
The offshore teams follow comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) at all stages of development cycle, ensuring delivery of quality software solutions. The state-of-the-art hardware and communication infrastructure at KriyaTec's Offshore Development Center ensures seamless information exchanges between the onsite and offshore teams.
Dedicated Team Model
At times, especially in Product development initiatives, clients may want dedicated teams at offshore as extension of their development capability. KriyaTec can form such teams for on-going requirements of client and keep them offshore. The dedicated team, already trained in KriyaTec's quality process, methodologies and tools, develops domain and functional expertise in client's business systems. The dedicated team model benefits the client ensuring fast and accurate response with minimal cost and effort. KriyaTec provides infrastructure and administration support, while the customer manages the team from onsite. Once again, the state-of-the-art hardware and communication infrastructure at KriyaTec's Offshore Development Center ensures seamless information exchanges between the customer at onsite and KriyaTec’s offshore teams.
On-Site Engagement Model
KriyaTec, also provides Engagement or project managers, architects and engineers to work on-site at client’s premises. KriyaTec assigns a Customer Relationship Manager to monitor the performance of these on-site teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
